“Landskap” (meaning Landscape) Chenin Blanc offers flavour characteristics of guava, apple, elderflower, chamomile, ripe pears and melon as well as a distinct minerality.
Mediterranean - The summers are hot and dry with cold, wet winters. Supplementary irrigation during summer.
Well-drained gravel soils. Good quality grapes are machine harvested at optimal ripeness (22.5°B) during the cool early morning hours retaining freshness. The grapes are destemmed and crushed and fermented dry in stainless steel.
At 12-14˚C, with fish, poultry and vegetable dishes.

Wine can also be collected directly at the Vault at Lourensford Estate in Somerset West. Wines may be traded online without them leaving the vault. Wine is stored at R10 per month per case.
